Who we are

Synctric Technology Pvt Ltd is registered in Surat, Gujarat, India, and operates from offices including Kochi, Kerala. We build security, growth and payments products, including Shield, Grow, Pulse and Flow, for banks, NBFCs and licensed fintechs.

This website is a marketing and enquiry site. Access to our products is provided under a separate customer agreement, not under this policy.

Scope

This policy covers personal information we collect through this website, demo and contact forms, and related follow up communications.

It does not cover personal data that a customer organisation uploads into a Synctric product. That processing is governed by the contract and any data processing terms agreed with that organisation.
